Your class is always so perfectly paced and balanced in what you address. The room is always staged for a very relaxing class. Your experience has brought you to a place where you can perform without thinking, thus you can just feel and know what to do next without engaging your brain. This is what others who observe your classes need to pick up on.
I can't think of anything that I would say should be changed.

Eight months ago I felt I needed something, I just didn't feel like I had energy. Today I try to make it to the mat twice a week. I have Increased my energy; my knee's don't hurt like last winter when I do get a kink Sandy knows how to unlock those joints and stretch those muscles. I like holding some poses longer and learning YIN Yoga, I also like going a little faster & challanging myself, I enjoy learning about props and using the wall, or stability ball, which translates -to you are a great teacher!! Bonus for us students as they say, "you are only as good as your leader". Thanks for the "partner" Yoga and always being inovative and keeping me engaged. I can honestly say Yoga has made my running more effective, I am more competitive and I am injury free.

When I started coming to yoga, I was a mom needing some DOWN time. It made me feel relaxed, calm and revived. As a business owner and mom, I needed some time away to think of NOTHING. Within a few weeks I was addicted. Addicted to feeling good! I couldn’t wait for Wednesday nights so I could do yoga. You are a great teacher; I never feel confused about the movements or wonder how to do something, because you always explain very well! I love the inspiration you give to each of us. “Everyone’s body is different, some can stretch farther at one movement and someone else might stretch farther on a different movement.” “This isn’t a competition, listen to your body.” I use the breathing during everyday life. It is a wonderful tool!
Through our weekly sessions, I have found that it is my sanctuary from daily life. I come to clear my mind, work through the poses (getting better and stronger each time), try new things and challenge myself. I have found that I can do much more than I had originally thought.
